May I suggest that you proactively and intentionally use your oils. Create a protocol that is customised to you. Think about the oils that have helped you this far in your journey. How can you proactively use them to continue to support you moving forward. Think about what oils might help you during intense periods of stress or anxiety. What will you do and use when your anxiety is getting high?
Write yourself an action plan. Set your intent for your day.
Every day when I get up, I will shower then aromatically dress in emotionally grounding and uplifting oils - these oils for me are ###
When I apply the oils I will anchor the aroma with a positive affirmation. Perhap, I love and accept myself for how I am right now. Repeat it over and over as you apply the oils to your body.
When I feel overwhelmed, instead of reaching for things that do not serve me, I will place a drop of frankincense under my tongue. I will place frankincense and Peace reassuring blend on my hands and cup them close to my face and take deep, intentional breaths. I will repeat this affirmation. I am safe. I am strong. I have the power over how I respond to this situation. I am worthy. I am loved. I will respond with love for myself and those around me.
There are so many oils and affirmations that you could use in this type of customised protocol. Work out what works for you. And do it. Do it proactively every morning. Do it everytime you feel overwhelmed and want comfort in things that don't serve you. Stick to your plan. Repeat it. As often as needed to get you through.

My anxiousness and sad/low feelings regimen:
Lifelong Vitality Supplements Every morning and night, no exceptions!
Every. Single. Morning and Every. Single. Night: Balance on your feet!! Leave it in your bedroom or bathroom where ever to remember to use it every day! (This is very preventative and helps to regulate mood throughout the day!)
Have a second one made up to bring to work and carry with you and where ever and re-apply whenever you can (can put on chest or wrists if can’t take shoes off!)
PEACE!! This is what I go to in-the-moment when anxiousness has hit in and I need to be calmed quickly! Put 2 drops in palms, rub palms together and cup over nose and take 5 deep breaths!! Then hold your hands on the back of your neck to have the oil soak in there to continue smelling it and getting benefits!
Serenity- put one drop on finger tip and massage between eye brows, on temples, and apply to tip of nose to slow down racing thoughts! I especially use this at night- diffusing in the 10 hour Lumos diffuser!! But throughout the day it is beneficial too if the day is tough!
Serenity soft gels- these contain L-Theanine which is a natural whole food supplement which studies have found can help with anxiety and depression in addition to an amazing line of oils to help calm! Take 1-2 before bed to slow racing mind and sleep well but having in your system each night should help the next day!! Taking these regularly can help to regulate your mood throughout the day as well! One softgel can also be taken during the day if having a particularly tough day or panicked feelings!
COPIABA is amazing for anxiousness!! 1-2 drops under the tongue every morning, and then as needed and it can be felt FAST for calming and soothing!! You can also get these pre-made in pills which is super convenient to have to use when needed!!

Diffuse elevation and/or apply all day long!! This is an amazing oil to combat low depressive feelings!
Citrus bliss with frankincense is an amazing combination for mood lifting and energizing while still remaining emotionally grounded! Amazing to diffuse each morning or at times when feeling down and anxious at the same time! (So again, both!) and just Citrus bliss is also amazing, I personally have had a lot of help with both!
10-20 drops Citrus bliss + 5 drops frankincense in a roller ball and apply to wrists throughout the day!
