This week is NAIDOC week and today, some of our team attended a powerful webinar hosted by on "How to Lead as a Confident Ally to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples." A key takeaway from this was that “it is not our intention but our impact” that really matters.

At All Ears and Speech / Little Allied Health we are committed to walking beside First Nations peoples and recognise reconciliation calls for humility, listening and meaningful action.

We are proud to support our team to actively engage in learning opportunities that strengthen our understanding of cultural safety and reinforce our collective commitment to respectful and inclusive practice.

✨ Don’t forget – Little Chatterboxes is happening at Klemzig Primary! ✨

These playful, engaging sessions are designed for children aged 0–5 with any level of hearing loss. Carers get to join in the fun too, and siblings are always welcome!

Each week we explore early communication, social interaction, and plenty of giggles in a supportive and inclusive space. 🎨🧩💬

Our Story

Little Ears was established in 2012 by Nicole Eglinton, a senior audiologist with extensive experience assessing children of all ages and developmental abilities. Due to both professional and client requests, in late 2014 Little Ears extended their audiological services to adults and became All Ears Audiology. We now offer paediatric and adult hearing assessments, and rehabilitation options including hearing aids and implantable hearing technology (e.g. cochlear implants). All Ears Audiology / Little Ears provides services to South Australian Ear, Nose and Throat specialists. We are passionate about the hearing health and listening abilities of our clients and ensure only the latest evidence based assessment and intervention methods are used.
