You may have noticed I'm not a fan of wearing shoes. There is a really good reason for this. Shoes don't allow you toes, muscles and bones to spread naturally and this can lead to poor posture, altered mood, lack of balance and increased stress. When bare feet you pick up on on the electrons in the ground which helps to improve immunity, balance, stress levels and helps to reduce inflammation. When I'm on my feet all day on concrete, I have found my feet and legs feel so much better if I don't wear shoes. Crazy, I know. Even though I am on concrete, it is still grounding. Everything we have in this world has come from the earth. Even chemicals have started off from something extracted from nature. Try going bare feet for some time during the day and see if it makes a difference for you. If you're not use to it, start slow. Try it out on cool green grass on a hot summers day and see the mood improve. If all else fails and you are feeling the effects of having to wear shoes all day long. I give an awesome foot massage.
