It takes a village to raise a child" is a proverb that means that an entire community of people, must provide for and interact positively with children, for those children to experience and grow in a safe and healthy environment. Here at Robin Hood Adventures, we provide safe and adventurous weekends for young people with disabilities. Allow us to welcome you into our wonderful home to provide fun, enjoyable activities, fully supported by our experience positive staff. Our next weekend respite will be the 10th 11th, 12th of March. Thank you everyone for another wonderful weekend at Robin Hood Forest adventures here on the Gold Coast. It was so impressive to see all participants embrace their roles and protect Sherwood Forrest
against the kings men. With outdoor movies, Forrest games, barbecue, bushwalking and swimming in the waterfall much fun was had by all. Come and join the fun at Robin Hood adventures, weekend respite for disabled young people. Interact with others as you learn survival skills of how to make bows and arrows out of materials sourced from the forest. Explore the adventure and fantasy of Sherwood Forrest through role-play and story telling. Bookings available for the last weekend of January.

Hi, my name is Jane and I and the owner operator of “Robin Hood Adventures”. An exciting weekend respite for disable young people. Our weekends are based on the well known Robin Hood story where our guests, make safe bows, arrows and props that help us bring our forest adventure to life. Our staff are wonderful role models and hold over twenty years’ experience in educating special needs young people.
The weekends involve many activities from bush walking, sports, games , outdoor movies and life skills meeting the demands of special young people through reinforcement and constructive communication.
