☯️ Come and practice Qigong with us on Tuesday mornings from 9:30-11am at the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre in the Dance Studio.
📢 One of the important aspects of Qigong practice is our spinal health. The spine is considered the foundation of both physical and energetic health in Qigong. The spine is vital for comfortable movement, housing the central nervous system, and transporting energy, or Qi, throughout the body.
𖠣 If you have spinal issues, then all of the above will be inhibited.
✨We practice functional movements with spinal awareness, and also specific breathing techniques to help improve spinal function. A flexible, strong and aligned spine is a foundation for health and longevity.
💡If you need work on your spine to release tension, reduce pain, and free-up energetic blockages, then please come to our class.
