✨️ Happy New Year ✨️

Qigong classes will resume next Tuesday morning from 9.30-11am at the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre.

In addition, there will be a special class tomorrow morning from 6.45-7.45am at the Rebound Stadium in Elanora. The class is being run in conjunction with The Shake Up and will be geared towards Qigong movements to help people doing HIIT style training.

The cost is just $10.

As we move into the summer months, we'll be focusing on exercises to open and expand the heart's energy as it's the active organ and meridian in summer. We'll practice movements to harmonise the fire element.
