Qigong class is happening tomorrow morning from 9.30-11am at the Palm Beach Aquatic Centre in the Dance Studio.

As we move into the summer months, we'll be focusing on exercises to open and expand the heart's energy as it's the active organ and meridian in summer. We'll practice movements to harmonise the fire element.

We have 2 more weeks of class before I go to Japan for 5 weeks.

With the weather warming up, now is a great time to start a new health practice. We will be focusing on functional movement, energy meridian activation, dantian breathing and meditation.
