🪑 Ever feel tired after sitting all day, even though you haven’t moved much?

You’d think sitting would be restful, but it’s actually more compressive on the body than we realise. When we sit for long periods, the body shifts into a flexed position — the hips, knees, and spine are bent, which changes how our weight and tension are distributed.

I was recommended Dave as I was told he was a “magician”. Suffering with tenosynovitis and a torn tendon in my elbow, I was really struggling with it. I was trying everything at the time - Physio, Acupuncture and even shiatsu, all with limited improvement. So, I decided to give Dave a go and no bullsh*t he is literally a magician. With 3 or 4 weeks my pain is all but gone (it’s a tendon so it’ll be a little while before it’s completely better). I couldn’t rotate my arm more than 45 degrees but now I have full movement back.

And, he’s a really great guy. Personable, interesting and offers a really unique and impressive environment.

I’ll be back many times. I have chronic migraines, so that’s next on my list!

Can’t recommend Dave and Thrive highly enough! Visit the Magic man, I promise you won’t regret it!!!
