10-Minute Hip & Back Release
A gentle Somatic Movement practice to release tension and improve mobility. These exercises focus on hips and lower back — helping you notice which muscles are contracting and which are letting go.
Somatic Movement (pandiculation) follows three steps:
👉 Contract and notice
👉 Long, slow release
👉 Rest
👉 Repeat
This simple cycle helps your nervous system retrain your muscles to let go of chronic tension, so you can move with more comfort and ease.
