I nearly didn’t do it.

Not because I didn’t have time — I just couldn’t be bothered.

And I always find that interesting… because the things that actually make me feel better are usually the exact things I resist the most in the moment.

It’s never the big stuff. It’s not like I’m avoiding something hard. It’s literally just 10 minutes.

Which sounds ridiculous when I say it like that.

But I still nearly didn’t do it.

And every single time I do, I have that moment of… oh. That’s why.

Anyway — this is just a reminder (for me as much as you)

Do the thing.

Ever feel a bit clunky when you move?

Well that’s a wrap for our 2026 Sydney Coastrek.

30km walked.
A bit of rain, wind… lots of puddles, mud, rocks, and plenty of stairs.

A few moments where we seriously questioned our life choices.
But so worth it.
