🎄Yuletide Yin Yoga by Candlelight🎄

Suitable for complete beginners to yoga, mats and all props provided.

Yin is a slower more meditative style of yoga, where the poses are held for longer and the body is supported by bolsters and blocks. The practice reduces stress, calms the body and mind, improves flexibility and balances and renews the body's energy.

What to expect:
- A warm welcome and Christmassy atmosphere
- Pranayama (relaxing breathing techniques)
- Various Yin Poses (accessible for everyone)
- Shavasana with optional adjustment (relaxation /optional hand, neck, shoulder massage)
- small refreshment and gift bag.
