Following the sad announcement of the closure of Empowered Holistic Counselling and Wellness due to the ongoing flooding issues affecting the space, I’ll be saying goodbye to the studio at the end of this month 💜

I want to sincerely thank Sam for welcoming me into the studio community and giving me the opportunity to work from such a calming and supportive environment. Even in the short time I was there, I truly appreciated the connections made, the clients I met, and the beautiful energy of the space.

While it’s sad to see this chapter close, I’m excited for what’s ahead ✨

For now, I’ll be continuing to offer mobile massage services throughout Camden and surrounding suburbs while I work behind the scenes on securing a new premises. Stay tuned for updates 👀

Excited to share that I spent today furthering my skills by completing a Kinesiology Taping course with RockTape Australia.

Kinesiology taping is a fantastic tool I can now incorporate into treatments to help support the body between sessions. It works by gently lifting the skin to improve circulation and lymphatic flow while supporting muscles and joints without restricting movement.

Some of the benefits include:

• Reducing pain and inflammation
• Supporting injured or overworked muscles
• Improving circulation and lymphatic drainage
• Assisting with posture and muscle activation
• Helping speed up recovery from training or injury

The best part is that the tape can stay on for several days, continuing to support your body while you go about your normal activities.

I’m looking forward to integrating this into my remedial massage treatments to help clients get even better results. If you’re dealing with tight muscles, injuries, swelling or postural issues, kinesiology taping may be a great addition to your treatment.
