Elermore Vale Medical Centre

Elermore Vale Medical Centre 'Always listening, always caring' At Elermore Vale Medical Centre, we continuously strive to create a comfortable and caring environment.

Elermore Vale Medical Centre is a warm and inviting healthcare facility dedicated to supporting doctors that serve the local community of Elermore Vale, New South Wales. Our team of highly skilled and compassionate nurses, and receptionists is committed to providing your doctors with high- quality support so they can deliver exceptional medical care to all their patients who entrust them with their health. We take pride in offering facilities to your doctor that can support a comprehensive range of medical services to cater to the diverse needs of patients. General consultations provide a foundation for personalised healthcare, where independent doctors take the time to listen attentively, conduct thorough examinations, and provide appropriate treatment plans. The doctors we support understand the importance of preventive care, which is why we offer services that allow them to provide childhood vaccinations to protect the youngest members of the community against preventable diseases, ensuring their well-being and long-term health. We value feedback and are dedicated to improving our facilities and services based on the needs and preferences of the doctors we support. Our mission is to support your doctor so that they can provide accessible and high-quality healthcare to everyone, regardless of age, background, or medical condition. We are honoured to support doctors that serve the local community of Elermore Vale and remain committed to delivering exceptional facilities and services with empathy, respect, and professionalism.

Prevent falls before they happen.

Falls are one of the most common causes of injury as we age. In Australia, around 1 in 3 people over the age of 65 experience a fall each year, and many of these falls can lead to serious injuries such as fractures or loss of independence.

Ways to reduce your risk of falling:
• Stay active with exercises that improve strength and balance
• Review your medications with your GP or pharmacist
• Check your vision and hearing regularly
• Ensure your home has good lighting and clear walkways
• Discuss bone health and osteoporosis screening with your doctor

If you or a loved one have experienced a fall, or feel unsteady when walking, it may be time for a check-up.

Our GPs can help assess your risk and provide advice to help you stay safe, active and independent.
