Your Key Responsibilities:
In this central leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our pharmacy's success, seamlessly integrating front-of-shop retail operations with essential dispensary support. Your duties will include:
Dual-Role Leadership: Manage the daily retail operations while providing active support and oversight in the dispensary, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery.
Retail Management: Lead, roster, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Dispensary Expertise: Utilise your dispensing experience to assist with prescription processing, Webster packing, and medication management, ensuring we meet our patients' needs with care and precision.
Business Operations: Manage inventory, stock control, and purchasing to meet budget requirements, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Community Engagement: Build strong, trusting relationships with our patients, customers, and local healthcare professionals, acting as a friendly and knowledgeable face of our pharmacy.
Financial Contribution: Assist with reporting and business performance monitoring to help guide the pharmacy's growth and success.
What You'll Bring to Our Team:
Essential: Proven experience in a community pharmacy, with a strong background in both retail management and dispensary duties.
Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team.
