A small habit that bring clam.
One of the simplest habits that genuinely works: a 60-second “arrival pause.”

Whenever you transition between things—waking up, opening your laptop, getting home—pause for just one minute and do this:

Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold for 2 seconds
Exhale gently for 6 seconds
Drop your shoulders and unclench your jaw while you breathe

That’s it. No apps, no journaling, no big commitment.

It sounds almost too small to matter, but that’s the point—it sneaks calm into your day without resistance. Over time, your brain starts to associate those tiny pauses with safety and control, instead of rushing from one thing to the next.
