Gentle, precise moves with quiet pauses—not deep pressure—where you may feel subtle shifts during the session or simply feel the difference afterwards.

followed by pauses.
Some people feel subtle shifts.
Others just notice how they feel afterwards.
It’s a different experience to most hands-on therapies — and that’s the point.
