Created by people with disabilities to better train service providers For Service Providers we have a wide range of resources you can use to deliver services.

ADAPTS is run by people living with a disability and chronic health so we delivery services based on lived experience. We believe that you should be empowered to make your own decisions and create your best future. we We can subcontract services for out of hours, emergency care for psychosocial coaching or counseling. Specialised advice, for planning, reviews and getting the most out of a plan. W

e have a wide range of training services and can tailor training for your organisation or clients and have regular webinars as well as self-paced modules. If you need assistance with internal auditing, compliance, risk management or general business consultancy to grow your business we are here for you. Clinical supervision; make sure your psychosocial coaches and counselors are compliant with clinical supervision recommendations by the NDIS. We provide comprehensive packages as well as individual & group sessions. We have many support coordinators that find supervision extremely valuable. Small & new business owners are using this service to obtaining amazing results in a very short space of time. There is very little that could ever surprise us or we can't handle - so bring it on! We are looking forward to serving you or your business to facilitate your best future. We offer our services Australia wide 7 days a week 8am to midnight

Services are provided via Zoom consult. For those living with a disability we offer psychosocial coaching, counseling, ILO exploration and planning and support coordination - specialising in planning, reviews and getting the most out of your plan and getting ready for the AAT. We also have a variety of training modules and resources for Parents and Carers. These can be claimed be NDIS Participants that are self or plan managed, if you are NDIA managed speak with your service provider about purchasing on your behalf so they can claim the expense.

This course goes through the reporting essentials to ensure you give complete and quality information in your reports, using the assessment tools the NDIS prefer as well as NDIS 'speak' You are it!

Course Spotlight: Support Coordination Deep Dive

Starting on the 26th of October we dive straight in to the world of Support Coordination!

This module is the essentials of support coordination. From beginners through to seasoned providers, you can take your knowledge to the next level and provide a 5 star service. We're yet to find an existing provider that has not learned a lot during these sessions.

It goes through
- Deep Dive into delivering Support Coordination under the NDIS system
- The 3 levels, qualifications and services delivered under each level
- The roles, responsibilities & best practice delivery in detail
- Client intake, tracking, monitoring & collaborative decision making using practical demonstrations
- Reporting to the NDIS
- Preparing for a reassessment; including new terminology and options, evidence and the planning process

Members of the Australian Counselling Association can receive 10 OPD points after successful completion of an assessment, with an 80% pass mark.
