Anyhoo, I found this, it’s in depth but it’s a great insight to different types of sunscreens, and how they work, their different ratings, and why they are given.

My little pre summer tips this year….

1. Check your sunscreen used by dates - if it’s out of date throw it out - no it’s not a best by date and it’ll be ok, just BIN IT!!!
2. Sunscreen kept in the car, won’t work, BIN IT!!!
3. Yes,yes, you still have to wear sunscreen inside !!!
