I’m either “Good”… or I Binge ⤵️

No middle ground.
No “it’s okay, I’ll just keep going.”

It’s:
👉 perfect
or
👉 screw it

That’s the pattern that keeps so many women stuck for years.

Imbalanced.
Tense.
Full of guilt, pressure, and self-punishment.

Completely unsustainable.

You can’t have water as a snack. Here’s why ⤵️

We crave when we’re…
stressed
frustrated
exhausted
or just need comfort.

So you can’t fix cravings by shame.
Or punishment.
Or “more willpower.”
And definitely not by fat-shaming.

Restriction and shaming only add more stress.

More stress = stronger cravings.

That’s the snowball:
women try harder…
and feel like they keep failing themselves.

When all we need — is to break the craving pattern.

Then “water as a snack” won’t sound like a mocking joke.

9 years ago I lost 12kg+ without a single day of dieting — and never gained it back

✔️ Even through high-stress periods
(moving countries, launching a business, divorce, grief)
✔️ Even when I had an injury and couldn’t exercise
✔️ Even though I can’t cook well — and I’m fine with that 😌

If I had to do it again — first…

🙅🏻‍♀️ I would STOP calorie count — not to obsess over numbers and fall apart the second I eat out or can’t “calculate properly.”

🙅🏻‍♀️ I would NOT do strict diets or meal plans I secretly hate.
If it feels “bluh”, I’m not doing it.

🙅🏻‍♀️ I would NOT do intense workouts more than 2–3 times a week.

What I’d do instead:

1️⃣ I’d ask myself:
💭 “What caused the weight gain in the first place?”
Stress? Sugar cravings? Bingeing? Emotional eating?
And I’d fix the pattern underneath it.

2️⃣ I’d include carbs and sweets strategically.
To stay energised, feel normal around food, and avoid the “forbidden fruit” effect that leads to bingeing.

3️⃣ I’d get serious about quality sleep.
No sleep = no weight loss. Simple.

It worked for me first.

From low-fat religion 🥛 to keto maniacs?! 🥑

Today, carbs are the new villain. Again.

No wonder everyone’s tired, miserable, low on energy…
and scared of eating like a normal person.

It’s the same pattern every time:
find a new scapegoat 🐐
instead of fixing the real problem —

bingeing
sugar cravings
emotional eating
snacking
feeling out of control around food

🚫 Carbs are not the issue.
The broken relationship with food is.

And until that foundation is fixed, people stay stuck in circles —
from low-fat to low-carb,
from grazing to fasting,
from running to heavy lifting…

…without ever really getting there.

But once you build a healthy — and simply normal — relationship with food,
weight loss happens naturally.

Even when you’re stressed.
Even when you’re tired.
Even when you’re travelling.

That’s exactly the work we do here — while enjoying carbs ;) 🥐

My 3 magic rules 👇

Sucking in. Turning the lights off.

And I hate when they wrap it in vague “just love yourself” advice…
when there’s actually a clear, efficient, proven process that helps restore the connection between a woman’s mind and body.

She feels like herself again.
Confident. Playful. Attractive.

Both obesity and dieting are artificial problems… 👇👇
One feeds the other.

The more we eat, the more we diet.
The more we diet, the more we rebound and eat again.

That’s the trap.

So if you want to be in shape naturally — without obsessing over calories, hacks, or food rules — you don’t need more control 🚫

You need to reset your system back to what’s natural.

👉 You lose a bit of weight… then put it back on.�👉 You start motivated… then drop it and beat yourself up. Again.�👉 You mess up one meal and think, well, the day’s ruined — I may as well binge now.�👉 You procrastinate for ages on something that would literally take an hour to do.

It looks like a bunch of separate problems.�But it’s not.

It’s one pattern behind all of them 🔄

And if you keep trying to fix each symptom one by one, while the pattern underneath stays the same…�of course you keep ending up back at square one.
Feeling like nothing works.
