Part of my ethos behind every Reflexology treatment is to bring the client into the present. To be in the moment.
To let go of future worry, past angst.

The present can be a place of stillness and connection.
A place where we can soften; our bodies, our thoughts, our beliefs and see things from a place of neutrality.

When we get out of our sympathetic nervous system and switch into our parasympathetic nervous system, ( through mindfullly being present) our body can get us back into homeostasis ( balance).
It can release toxins, emotions, shift energy, increase circulation and lymph movement and encourage all our internal body systems to reset.

You may not think much is going on. You may even think you are 'just' sleeping.
No no no... the Reflexology is working its magic.

Amanda has been working with The Reflexology Studio for 7 months now and has built up her own following. Her gentle and wise words can help get the most from your sessions.

Amanda is holding the fort whilst I'm globe trotting, so that Melbourne folk can still benefit from the power of Reflexology.

There is so much unrest, fear, and anxiety around at the moment. It's important to find ways to calm and reset the nervous system so that you can function effectively.

Based at the back of Appy Movement in Elsternwick, Melbourne, this oasis of a room with a private entrance, heating and cooling, wifi, shared kitchenette and laundry and store room is ready to support practitioners on their next part of their career.

Available 1/2 day or full day.
1 - 5 days a week.
Comes fully furnished and would be sharing with a Reflexologist who works every 2nd Saturday and 2 evenings a week.

$85 inc gst - 1/2 day.
$125 inc gst - full day.
8am - 8pm.

Reflexology helps ground, revitalise, and relax, allowing the body and mind to integrate and release what it's holding onto, both emotionally and physically.

EFT tapping and Matrix uncovers the beliefs around any resistance or pain ( physically or emotional) you might be holding and shifts the energy related to these issues, whilst calming the central nervous system and helping the body feel safe.

February!!!! It's cannot be. The months are ticking over far too quickly.

My next trip is in May, so you have me in the flesh for 3 more months, then it's the online version for those in the Southern Hemisphere. The online version is also very good, just without the physical touch, concentrating on EFT tapping, Matrix - finding out what's stopping you move forward / getting what you want and Frequency Support with the AO Scan.

There are a couple of openings this week, and there is normally a cancellation or 2. Check out my stories the last min cancellations.
