Before finding CareAbout, Julia was the cleaner, the cook, the driver - she was taking care of everything, and she was burning out.

With a 56-day deadline approaching, Julia was now at greater ease.
Within just weeks, Julia received a personalised plan with a provider who perfectly matched her father’s diverse needs, along with back-up options in the event that something didn’t feel right (“but Plan A worked out perfectly”). ✨
Julia’s father, who barely speaks English (his first language is Greek), is now able to have a weekly chat with his Case Manager, whom he feels very comfortable with - a relationship Julia never thought would be possible.
“They do that to make my Dad feel like he has a part in his care, and he’s built up such a lovely relationship with the Case Manager that I never ever dreamed would happen.
My dad has never been happier and healthier. I never thought it would be this way,” a relieved Julia shares with great contentment. 💛
