Cf Chiro Ballarat

Our Chiropractor Dr Nick Ujdur will assess the condition of your spine which is pivotal in maintaining correct functioning of your body’s central nervous system, which in turn affects all of the tissues and muscles. People experiencing spinal stress often present with pain in other parts of the body. For example, headaches can result if the bones in the neck are not supporting the head properly, subsequently affecting the nerves, muscles and blood supply to the head.

We aim to restore your health using hands on techniques as well as regaining your strength, mobility, balance, posture and co-ordination to ensure you are ready to return to normal function safely. At Cf Chiro Ballarat our natural therapists believe that there are three distinct stages in helping a patient to attain a high level of wellness.

Relief Care The goal at this stage is to assist you in eliminating or reducing the majority of your discomfort, stabilising your initial complaint and health concerns. Visits are frequent and regular, normally two to three per week.

Corrective Care Our object here is to correct the poor biomechanics that have resulted in your spinal problems, together we address the muscular and ligamentous imbalances, improve spinal function and promote healing of soft tissues. Visits are less frequent, normally weekly or fortnightly.
