Greg originally opened the centre in 2003 as a Pilates and Yoga studio and in 2004 Hypoxi was introduced. We are now the most established Hypoxi Studio in Victoria with over 14 years of successful bodies!
What is Hypoxi?
HYPOXI is a low-impact exercise method that is up to 3 x more effective at burning stubborn fat than traditional exercise. Through our advanced vacuum and compression technology and healthy nutrition, HYPOXI activates your body's natural system to burn specific areas of fat and cellulite.
Over the past 5 years our focus here at Your Complete Wellness is about helping anyone who walks through the door, no matter what age, size or stage they happen to be at in their life. The centre is set up to assist our clients with anything that is effecting them, from low self esteem, body awareness, mental and physical strength.
