The star is a symbol of hope and kinesiology is a complementary modality which helps people heal and be their best selves. The star is also a diagramatic tool used by kinesiologists in a Five Element balance. Shining Star Kinesiology was born out of a place of destruction and catapulted me to a place of empowerment. As your kinesiology practitioner I will hold space for you, gently bridging the gap between the practical and esoteric, so that your body can do what it does best, heal. Kinesiology can be used to help people experiencing anxiety & depressive tendencies, ASD, fibromyalgia, to stop recurring patterns, psychological issues, to attract things into your life, relationship issues, tics, drug and spiritual experiences, learning disorders, trauma, and pain, to name a few conditions. We can dip into the wisdom of any body of knowledge including, herbalism, aromatherapy, homeopathy, nutrition, and Ayurvedic medicine, but always relying on the backbone of traditional Chinese Medicine, with some 4,000 years worth of knowledge.
