This week is , with a focus on prevention, understanding and support to help create a healthier future for everyone.

We understand how important it is for people living with diabetes to stay connected and supported, whether you've been recently diagnosed or living with the condition long-term.

Our Diabetes Support Groups at Eltham and Box Hill provide people living with diabetes a place to connect, share experiences, and learn about the latest in diabetes healthcare through guest speakers, including health professionals from healthAbility.

Everyone is welcome to visit healthAbility and use our services. healthAbility provides health, education and social support services for children, youth and adults in the North Eastern Area of Melbourne.Centralised at one location in Eltham, we exist to improve the health and wellbeing of people across all ages and abilities.
