Adrian has been practising and studying various forms of mindfulness for over 20 years both overseas and in Australia including undertaking the Gawler Foundation teachers course. Beginners welcome.
$85 for the 5 week course ($17 each session) or $22 per session casual rate ($17 concession). As places are limited preference is given to those who book for the 5 week course.
