Meditation Classes 21AUMs each day This is a class designed to teach you the skills and develop tools to create stillness within your mind and body. Nourish yourself.

There will be one combined class suitable for students new to meditation as well as those more experienced and wishing to develop more structure and depth in their practice.

Mindfulness is a form of mental activity that trains the mind to pay attention to one's own intention.We are out of touch with the richness of the present moment...

...our only moment! The class will consist of various forms of breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. There will also be opportunities to discuss Mindfulness as a group. Mindfulness has been shown to :

improve mental and physical well being,

enhance how to be less judgemental,

allow space within your thoughts,

improve sleep,

relieve stress,

improve memory

and help your immune system. It can also help with pain tolerance

Adrian has been practising and studying various forms of mindfulness for over 20 years both overseas and in Australia including undertaking the Gawler Foundation teachers course. Beginners welcome.



$85 for the 5 week course ($17 each session) or $22 per session casual rate ($17 concession). As places are limited preference is given to those who book for the 5 week course.
