Thompsons Pharmacy Eltham is seeking and accurate and efficient compounding lab technician to join our friendly compounding team.
Part time position 3 days per week 9am to 5pm - Weekdays only - no weekend or evening work. Position may suit more than one applicant.
Thompsons Pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy dedicated to providing excellent customer service and high quality items. This is an excellent opportunity to lean new skills in the art and science of compounding in a supportive, professional and friendly environment.
Training will be provided on site. Previous compounding or pharmacy experience is desired, but not essential for the right applicant.

Compounding Pharmacy Technicians are responsible for assisting the compounding pharmacist in preparing compounded medication. Their duties include
following policy and procedures
receiving medication orders,
measuring quantities, mixing ingredients, preparing a variety of dose forms
packaging medication, and updating records.
ordering and receiving stock
