Fresh batches of jamu tonic using freshly harvested turmeric from my garden. Anti inflammatory, anti oxidant and can support the immune system. Health hacks- simmer your Turmeric juice for 10-15 minutes with black pepper to increase its absorption and anti inflammatory properties, add honey for some sweetness and antibacterial benefits, I add fresh lemon juice for vitamin c once cooled and add coconut water if you like for hydration. Add 20-30mls to a cup of hot water, add mineral water to 20mls as a fresh spritz. Turmeric is in season and unfortunately so are colds and flus. It won’t cure them but it will certainly support your immune system.
