Amanda holds regular workshops as she is very passionate about educating individuals in a rural environment. She regularly holds The Gut Workshop which is her foundation and signature workshop which has ran with sell out seats for 5 years. The Perimenopause Workshop is a new workshop she has created in conjunction with Annie Barrett. Let's Talk About Sugar is a workshop Amanda holds at least once per year. Amanda specialises in skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, skin rashes, psoriasis, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, fatigue and gut health. Services available:

Smart DNA Gene Testing : this test is for any individual wanting to know their gene story and how they can optimise their health through nutrition and lifestyle choices. Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) - this tests for any heavy metals in the body. Excellent for miners who have worked underground for many years, trades which are exposed to constant heavy metals eg diesel mechanics, welders etc. HTMA also assesses all your mineral levels and is great for giving you a starting point to improving your health. Bio-Compatibility Testing - tests 500 foods and cleaning/topical products in your house. Any foods/products that are causing inflammation to your body are identified. I searched for a long time for these low tox shampoo, conditioners and body washes.

Because:

Even though a lot of labels say natural, organic, etc…
This is rarely the full story on their actual ingredients.

These ingredients stack up from my perspective as I am looking for low chemicals for all my skin clients who are irritated by the chemicals and petrochemicals and parabens in main stream personal care products Eg shampoo, moisturiser, dermatitis cream for treatment etc…

Many of my patients skin improves just by swapping out the chemical laden products for a lower tox version which is always gentler but n the skin and allows the skin to heal and function properly.

As a young girl I was always searching for the more natural products in the health food shops and pharmacies as my skin would always skin and react from the chemical laden products.

So , do yourself a favour , swap out your products to more low tox versions as you run your products out.

Your skin will thank you.

Amanda Mullemeister Naturopath Practices from Emerald Plaza Pharmacy (near Coles) every Tuesday and Thursday. Please call (07) 4982 1164 to make a booking.

Amanda’s books are currently open to new and existing/past clients as of January 2019.
