Would a Long Slow Deep Yoga practice be the right class for you?
Well, I have some questions for you?
1️⃣ Do you spend a lot of time sitting?
2️⃣ Do you have injuries and you would like to find a class that will be slower pace and you can modify the movement to suit your needs?
3️⃣ Do you have zero time for yourself and exercising your body falls off the list of priorities all the time?
4️⃣ Are you a busy mum or carer who puts yourself last all of the time?
5️⃣ Do you live in a state of stress a fair amount of time?
6️⃣ Does the sound of a deep stretch in a space that’s quiet and lit with fairy lights appeal to you?
Well, how about 2hrs on Saturday 31 May in the afternoon just for you to move your body slowly into shapes that stretch your hamstrings, hips & spine?
A practice where you may leave feeling more relaxed and less sore than when you arrived.
You don’t have to think or know what you’re doing. I’ll guide you through each shape. And there’s the support from props used in yoga called bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets.
All of these are to help ease your body into position to stay there for a couple of minutes at a time.
I will be there to guide you, to help you get into the shapes and to be able to stay there where all you need to do is breath and focus on relaxing into the stretch.
Bring your mum, your dad, your daughter or son or a friend that deserves this time just as much as you do.
