Over the weekend, Hills Physiotherapy was proud to support four junior teams competing in this year’s Southern Peninsula Domestic Tournament, a major fixture on the basketball calendar, and a brilliant way for kids to stay active over the holidays.

Tiffany holds certifications in APPI Mat and Equipment Pilates and Good Living with Arthritis: Denmark (GLA:D), and possesses experience in Aquatic Physiotherapy; allowing her to meticulously tailor treatment to the individual patient, considering their holistic needs.

Tiffany graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice.

😊 Louise is a valued member of the Hills Knox team, serving as our dedicated Exercise Physiologist. Her expertise extends to trauma-informed and neuroaffirming care, with a particular focus on Chronic and Complex Conditions. This includes mental health, encompassing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and Women's Health issues such as pregnancy, postpartum, pelvic organ prolapse, perimenopause, and post-menopause.

👏Louise also provides support to clients dealing with diabetes, heart disease, fall risk, osteoporosis, and neurological conditions. Her individualized exercise programs are designed to enhance both mental and physical well-being.

How exciting! It's finally here. The official opening. Great job done by the contractors, by Cardinia Cardinia Shire Council, and by EVER- Emerald Village Exercise & Recreation to find additional funding to get this over the line and to become (let's face it) the best skate park in the region.
