First Sunday here for me – massages are fully booked, but I have one sauna session left at 12 noon for 2 people.

Choose your vibe:

🧖‍♀️ Sauna only – bring your own towel or hire one. 30 or 45 minutes.

❄️ Sauna + cold plunge package – towels included, just bring your water bottle 60 minutes

Looking ahead to Monday:

✨ Emma is fully booked for remedial massages, dry needling and fire cupping

✨ Stephanie is fully booked with appointments for facials, waxing, lymphatic drainage (with laser + sauna session to follow), and electrolysis

✨ F***y still has some availability for body scrubs and our amazingly relaxing Thai Fusion / relaxation massage

✨ Sauna also has a few spots left through out the day from 9.30am.

And I'll be back Tuesday for:

❄️ Cold laser therapy
Cupping, Etc.

NEW AT NOVA🌋 The Nova Team is delighted to introduce a treatment as ancient as it is precious to our establishment : Hot Stone Massage !

Inspired by Native American and Asian rituals, this massage uses smooth volcanic stones, heated to a perfectly controlled temperature (around 50-55°C). Placed on key points of the body, they create warmth that immediately soothes tension.

The stones are glided along the body in smooth movements or placed on specific points. The therapist alternates between hands and stones for a seamless experience.
