A late night session for a family member who had never had sound energy healing therapy before.

It was very relaxed, with me sitting on the floor of the bedroom while they enjoyed a sound bath and having the 528hz chime bar run over their main chakra centres.

I am grateful for the opportunity to hold space and allow clients to be present during these sessions. I am passionate about sound healing and sharing these experiences with people providing an alternative stress management, self regulation and relaxation practices to my clients.

I had a wonderful day providing services to new and existing clients at Mahia Wellness in Emerald today.

The bowls had a lot of vibration today and were responsive to the weather change and energy shift in the environment - was interesting to witness.

I will be back at Mahia Wellness in Emerald on Monday the 13th of October. I will be offering Reiki, SoulNar Sound Energy Healing therapy & Sound Bath.
