Two years ago, Mindful Heart Spaces opened its doors with a simple intention:
to create a place where people could land… breathe… and remember themselves.
What started as a vision has become a living, breathing community.
Over the past two years we’ve been honoured to hold space for:
🌿 900 individual bookings
🌿 countless quiet moments of rest, release, connection and return
We’ve witnessed nervous systems soften, bodies exhale, emotions move, and people meet themselves with more compassion than when they arrived.
This space has held:
✨ first breaths and deep sighs
✨ grief and joy, shaking and stillness
✨ learning to slow down in a world that asks us to speed up
✨ community showing up — again and again
We are deeply grateful to every person who has walked through the doors, trusted the space, shared their energy, and made Mindful Heart Spaces what it is today.
This isn’t just a business milestone.
It’s a reminder that spaces of care matter.
That when we prioritise presence, safety, and humanity — healing happens naturally.

As we step into our third year, our intention is simple and steady:
To continue creating a space that feels safe to soften.
