This Liptember, I want to remind everyone—checking in on our friends and loved ones is so powerful.💛
If you’re not sure how to start, here are my go-to ways to check in on someone:
• Just send a simple message: “Hey, I’ve been thinking about you. How are you, really?”
• Listen without judgment—sometimes, just knowing someone cares is enough.
• Check in again if they brush it off. “Are you sure you’re okay? I’m here for you, always.”
