I first created this workshop to help my clients with skin issues such as eczema, dermatitis and psoriasis.
I wanted them to understand if their skin was itchy, red and inflamed ,that we must look for the cause . I wanted them to look beyond the skin and realise that something else internally was usually out of balance and needed to be changed
Eg the foods you eat, the overgrowth of Candida🦠 , the leaky gut that was causing their whole body to be inflamed. 🔥
The first series was so well received and I realised that this applied to almost every health condition that exists.
Whether you have constipation, reflux, diarrhoea, stomach cramps, bloating 💩, itchy skin, anxiety, lowered immunity ,depression or low energy - we first need to improve our gut health and improve our internal environment to give our body a chance to re-align and heal itself.
