Huge thank you to Dasi Pacific of Dancing Freedom Pacific for delivering an outstanding Danza Libre event. Our hearts are lighter, our bodies more limber, our self-love expressed therapeutically via the natural elements and the wonderful musical rhythms. Truly and deeply honoured and grateful to you Dasi Pacific.

Thank you also to all the participants for joining with the special community we created. Everyone enjoyed a joyful and uplifting afternoon and the resonance will linger and carry us forward!

Self-love means loving the whole of ourselves, and experiencing a sense of wholeness. Nature's elements are within each of us to help our journey of integrating wholeness and whole selves 'as we are'.
