The boss thought a fun way to spend a Saturday morning would be to race the 6 Foot Track Trail Marathon from Katoomba to Jenolan Caves(ish). 45km, 1500m of climbing and the old bloke got it done in 5 hours 48 minutes.
If he’s walking funny Monday just point and laugh!

🎂🎉🎈That’s not a Typo!! It’s hard to believe but Patricia celebrated her 91st birthday at our Clinical Exercise Physiology class this week with Rhonda and Jo.
Every week our classes enjoy some exercise, a laugh and connection, getting out of the house, into some exercise to keep them strong, safe and on the move.

In May 2018 we welcomed a fresh faced new grad Physio to our team. Since then Jay McGuinness has worked for the Sharks, Sheffield United and the Wests Tigers while continuing his links with Parkside as a well loved and respected Physio and colleague.
Jay has recently become a Dad and has sensibly decided commuting one afternoon a week to Parkside is stretching him too far. We’re sad to see him go but super glad to have been part of his Physio journey.
