There has been a lot quietly unfolding behind the scenes at Luminousness.

This year, I’ve found myself returning more deeply to the heart of why Luminousness was created - allowing space for reflection, growth, reconnection, and a clearer vision for what I want this space to feel like moving forward.

What continues to inspire me most is witnessing the courage of women choosing themselves… choosing healing, self-awareness, connection, and growth, even in the midst of uncertainty.

And because of this, Luminousness is evolving - becoming deeper and more intentional than ever before.

You can expect:
✨ more supportive pathways
✨ workshops and community gatherings
✨ deeper transformational support
✨ empowerment through self-healing and self-awareness

My mission is to support women in reconnecting with themselves through body-led healing, emotional safety, self-awareness, and embodied transformation - creating spaces where women feel seen, supported, empowered, and connected to their inner wisdom.

As part of this evolution, there will also be a restructuring of pricing from 1 July 2026.

There is so much more to come…
If you would love to stay connected and receive updates on new offerings, workshops, community events, and everything unfolding within Luminousness, you can join the newsletter through my website, link in the bio.

When you sign up, you will also receive my free guide:
💫 5 Gentle Ways to Simplify & Reconnect 💫
A collection of supportive practices to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself again - especially during seasons where life feels overwhelming or out of your control.

This guide offers a gentle insight into the way I approach healing, embodiment, and self-connection within my work.

Thank you for being here and walking alongside this journey with me 🤍

One of the things I value most about this work is witnessing what happens when someone no longer feels they have to carry everything alone.

This beautiful feedback came through from a 3-month program I recently ran - Beneath the Intention - a guided journey supporting women to explore the deeper emotional patterns beneath exhaustion, confusion, survival mode, and self-protection.

Receiving messages like this reminds me how powerful safe spaces and consistent support can be. This is why I love what I do - holding space for women who are committed to changing their lives by honouring who they truly are.

This program has now closed, but new themes and experiences will be unfolding soon ✨

With deep gratitude,
Nicole x

Mother’s Day has always been a day I’ve struggled to put into words, because I know this day can carry so much for so many people. I understand how tender that can feel.

2012 was the year that changed me forever. The year my mum left this earth… and the year I welcomed my son into this world.

So Mother’s Day for me holds both gratitude and grief, along with celebration and longing. But what I’ve come to realise is that these two extremes can exist together, and that’s ok.

So however this day finds you, I’m sending you extra love. Be gentle and do your best to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Last night I attended the Homecoming book launch. It was such a heart-opening experience hearing Ratu Nida Farihah share her incredibly powerful personal journey.

To walk in her shoes, even for a moment. To witness her bravery and her ability to transmute pain into purpose was deeply inspiring.

One thing that stayed with me was her sharing around impermanence. Such a powerful reminder that even our hardest seasons are temporary.

And that coming home to ourselves can begin in the smallest moments - connecting with the birds, the trees, the grass beneath our feet; the quiet things that help the body soften and feel safe again.

“What if home isn’t a place you arrive at, but the moment your body exhales and your nervous system feels safe?”

A remembering that light can still exist alongside pain, and that sometimes all we need to do is move through life one moment at a time.

I’m looking forward to immersing myself in Homecoming. Thank you, Ratu. 🙏❤️

“Your body is not betraying you. It’s begging you to come back home.”

Are you outsourcing your sense of freedom?

What does freedom actually mean to you… not the idea of it, but the feeling of it in your body - ease, flow, spaciousness, presence, at peace?

We can feel stuck when we believe that feeling comes later…
that it arrives once something changes.

And it can show up in the ways we justify the delay… putting ourselves last, or needing to achieve something first.

So life becomes a waiting game - waiting for the right moment, for everything to fall into place… while time keeps moving.

Sometimes we get what we thought would bring freedom… and it doesn’t.
Other times, it stays out of reach… and freedom begins to feel unattainable.

And over time, that cycle continues - never quite settling, wishing away the days, and never being present to enjoy each moment.

So instead of chasing freedom outside of you, what would it feel like to connect with it within?

Inner freedom is not something that has to be earned or worked hard for, but rather something to be felt and embraced.

If you feel called to explore this more deeply, you’re welcome to book an illumination session.

Mother’s Day can be beautiful…
and for some, it can feel heavy too.

So this Mother’s Day, instead of another “thing”…
what if you gave her something she actually needs?

A moment to catch her breath
A space to soften
A place where she doesn’t have to hold it all together

These 90-minute Gentle Reset Sessions are designed to support the nervous system to move out of overwhelm and into calm, clarity, and connection.

I had such an amazing day yesterday. I felt incredibly blessed to be part of a Global Sisters photoshoot.

The day was filled with so much magic, surrounded by incredibly inspiring women.
The video doesn’t quite do the day justice… I may have gotten a little distracted chatting away. 😂

I loved hearing the stories behind the businesses. I heard heartfelt experiences of women using their challenges as the motivation behind creating their businesses. A beautiful reminder that these aren’t just small businesses - they are dreams fuelled by heartache, life’s biggest challenges, a desire to help others, and breaking cycles for future generations. The depth of passion was truly contagious.

This is what inspires me and lights me up. Everyone has their own unique story and lived experience - sometimes it motivates us, and sometimes it holds us back. So honour where you are at, and reach out if you need support. It can come in so many different ways.

For those that don’t know about Global Sisters Global Sisters (I’ll try to put it into words), Global Sisters is a not-for-profit organisation that supports women to build financial independence by starting and growing their own businesses. They offer free programs, coaching, and such a beautiful community. They are an organisation that doesn’t just promise but delivers - they are truly unique and genuine. They are continually working to shift the barriers that make it harder for women to access stable, sustainable work.

Lastly, a big thank you to all the incredibly talented, professional, warm, welcoming and kind-hearted women who were involved (I hope I haven’t missed anyone):

Imagine living life through the lens of contentment…
This is what we were invited to explore in yoga this week.

In the past, the word content was something I associated with settling, not striving to be or do better. To me, it meant not moving forward, almost like giving up. I had quite a strong reaction to it.

Life always felt like it was about doing more, always looking for the next thing, pushing, forcing, and trying to control the outcome. So contentment was never something that felt comfortable in my body.

But this week has invited me to go deeper and explore it from the person I am today, and I can see the difference it now holds. Life experience, challenges, and definitely age have shifted my relationship with contentment.

Now it feels more like simplifying life, seeing the beauty in the smallest things, being present in the moment and in my body. Allowing what is, without the stories or resistance. Choosing flow rather than suffering.

As I continue to heal and grow, the word content feels safer in my body, bringing a sense of satisfaction and a more flexible nervous system.

Yoga has been such a beautiful support in observing my inner and outer worlds. Being present in my body allows me to witness where resistance still exists, where I am holding on, and where unprocessed emotions and old patterns reside. I am deeply grateful for the depth of Lori’s classes. Lori Dahm Yoga and Wellness

I am learning to create space for quiet moments and self-reflection, but also to notice the awareness available in everyday life. There are so many opportunities for awareness when we slow down enough to see and hear them.

For me, yoga is supporting this return back into my body.
At this stage in my life I find myself consciously choosing softer approaches, gentler movements, and more supportive environments that allow me to stay connected.

✨ What does contentment feel like in your body?
✨ What changes when you allow things to be as they are?

For many of us, being present doesn’t come easily.

There are so many things that pull us away…Overthinking. Busyness. Emotional overwhelm. Not feeling safe - physically, emotionally, or mentally. Living in the mind and being disconnected from the body.

Presence is unique to each of us. Our life experiences, responsibilities, and the load we carry all shape how we show up in each moment.

Becoming more present doesn’t need to be forceful, but rather a gentle return, moment by moment.

We can do this:
💎In small pauses.
💎With intention.
💎Noticing the beauty that surrounds you.
💎Being guided by your senses.
💎Honouring your rhythm and your intuition.
💎Creating space in meaningful ways.

One moment at a time.
