I wonder how many people actually consciously and unconsciously carry this thought:
I'm not good enough
I had, and at times I still have
I grew up not getting any approval from my mother. The less I got praise from my mother for my achievements, the harder I tried. As a child, I was probably thinking my mother would be happy if I performed better.
But it did not happen.
She often said to me that I should not compare my achievements with others, but compare with yourself.
I understand now what she tried to do. She tried to teach me not to compare with others in my life.
It is true that comparing sometimes creates suffering, but I just wanted to hear from my mother the words 'Well Done.'
This negative emotion deeply attached to my physical body and was created in the past.
I said in the past, because I now realise where it came from and how, so I was able to stop giving my power away to the emotion.
If you are suffering from this emotion:
You are good enough
I'm good enough
Let's observe what happened in the past. If you find what triggered you, then after that lets repeat
I'm good enough
You are good enough
You will be taking a foward step to releasing this emotion
