Experiencing back discomfort or stiffness?
Sometimes moving less in certain directions can make us stiff with tight muscles 💪
Here are some simple exercises using a foam roller to help loosen up the back:
- Video: general back foam rolling. Tuck the chin down while using your legs to roll up and down with ease 👍
