One Month! ✈️
I will be getting away in one month for a trip I have had on hold since 2020! It's been a busy few years getting my little business up and running and I cannot thank all of you enough for helping me get it to where it is now 🎉🥳 It's now time for a break to rest and reset💆🏽‍♀️
Please book in any appointments whether maintenance or acute now.
My books will close between June 19 and July 22.
In this time if you are in need of treatment whilst I am away I have some good Osteo friends in the local area I can refer to.
I won't be contactable by SMS or phone calls in this time as I will be overseas but I will be contactable by email and Instagram/Facebook direct message.
I look forward to seeing you all for the fine tuning over the next 4 weeks 😊

My name's Coby, I'm a goodest boy and I come in and watch (actually I sleep) whilst my mum gets treated. 🐶
Alanna wanted me to let you know Osteo On Miller will be closed for the weekend. She said she's watching Magpies and Lions run around chasing a ball. How weird, I thought only dogs did that 🤔 Anyway she's back Monday.

Remember to get up often and move especially if you have a sedentary job.
If you feel time poor and get bogged down in tasks where you don't move for long periods of time, implement a habit.
It could be as simple as :
- Standing up for 30 seconds when you answer a phone call.
- Printing items at the printer that is further away in the office.
- Drinking more water leads to more toilet stops = more movement.
- Bring a smaller bottle of water to the office and implement drinking goals ie Aim for 500ml every 2 hours. This forces you to get up to refill the bottle and also increases water intake.
