Kirrily & Lauren spent this morning in clinic running another workshop for some lovely couples 🥰

Born Ready is a Physio-led, Midwife & Obstetrician informed program designed to help women and their birth partners feel informed, confident, and supported as they approach birth. It covers:

🤍 Preparing the body - including pelvic floor health
🤍 Preparing the mind - with practical knowledge on the science of birth, stages of labour, and types of assistance
🤍 Exploring options - from birth positions to TENS, massage, acupressure, distraction techniques, and medical supports such as epidural or gas.

The program includes online content and resources PLUS a 2 hour face-to-face workshop.

We’re moving! But only 2 doors down…

We are moving from Unit 1 to Unit 3. Same building. Same parking. Same location. Just a different space!

Physiozest is more women’s health focused than ever before… Our new space is designed to better support our services & our patients.

For our patients (apart from a new beautiful space!) not a lot will change. Your appointments will simply be in Unit 3 instead of Unit 1.

We look forward to welcoming you there soon! For now…it’s business as usual 😊

Happy 5 year work anniversary to our superstar admin angel, Ellah!

If you’ve ever called, booked in, or walked through our doors, you’ve likely experienced her warm, friendly and genuinely caring nature. Behind the scenes, Ellah works incredibly hard to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. She has an incredible attention to detail and a work ethic that never goes unnoticed. From helping manage the day-to-day, to taking on huge projects (including our recent change in software systems), she does it all with calm, care and professionalism, still finding time to rock and cuddle the babies in the clinic!!

Ellah, we are so grateful for everything you do... our clinic simply wouldn’t be the same without you 💗
