After making a bold career change, Nicky followed one mission: empower women through movement. With qualifications in PT and Group Fitness, sheâs passionate about helping women feel strong, confident and supported â especially through peri- and post-menopause.
Her style? High-energy, supportive and big on good vibes. Youâll laugh, youâll sweat, and youâll move safely with technique always front of mind.
Her advice? Start with something you love. Try the dance class. Try the boxing class. Itâs not about how you look â itâs about how you feel. And youâll never walk in alone.
