“I have always hated most forms of exercise and never thought I could find something that I actually enjoyed! Kirra and the girls at Active Nation are the most supportive people to train with, and I can’t believe I actually look forward to working out 😅”

I don’t even know where to start with Chels, this is a completely different girl to who walked into the gym 12 months ago 🥹

Watching her strength improve over time has been so rewarding! 100kg hip thrust - AMAZING and for someone who hated running to now run and “not die” is huge! 😍
