Here are the top tips from our team:
→ Go early or go indoors. Morning sessions or air-conditioned movement are your best friends!
→ Hydrate before you’re thirsty - small sips often works best.
→ Slow, steady movement count. Pilates, gentle mobility and indoor circuits are great options when temps rise.
→ Listen to your body. Fatigue hits harder in summer.
