Just finished a masterclass with our guest, Lisa Turnbull - Naturopath & Counsellor talking all things self-care.
So much wisdom and insight and real talk about the female nervous system, the impact of menopause, using our wisdom, and taking the pressure off ourselves around self-care.
Lisa took us through 6 aspects of well-being to consider - physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, financial and social.
