Dear patients, we are STILL at our Erina Clinic and START at Gosford from 👉 Monday 15th December. 👈

PARKING FOR OUR PATIENTS...

We have had patients ask where parking is located for our new location - please see the map below. The highlighted sections are parking areas around our clinic (clinic is located at the star on map).

Right in front of our building is a mix of 1/4 hr & 1 hr parking.

Your best bet is to park at the Imperial Centre (Woolies) and walk straight across Kibble Park - up to 3 hours free parking. This will also ensure you get your post-adjustment walk in:)

✨ We’re excited to share some BIG news... HEALth HQ is moving!

After 21 incredible years serving the Central Coast, Health HQ is expanding — and we’re opening our brand-new space in Gosford!

Starting on Monday, 15th December, our chiropractic office will be located at:

📍 The Kensman Building - Suite 502, 131 Donnison Street, Gosford.
Opposite the courthouse and in the same building as ABC radio is. Street Parking available or best bet is parking at Woolworth and walk across Kibble Park 3-4 min walk perfect for your after adjustment walk :-)

What this means for you:

All existing appointments from 15th December onward will take place at our new Gosford location.

Our phone number, email, and online booking system remain the same — so it’s easy to stay connected.

We can’t wait to welcome you and show you around our beautiful new clinic!

Had so much fun this year playing over 45s with the mighty started the season a bit nervous and anxious......been a while since I laced up the boot (1993 was the last time I played a competitive football game!) Couldn't have asked for a better bunch of guys to play with, made me feel welcomed and because I was the youngest in the team they sure did make me RUN all season 😀

This is becoming a real issue. I see it every day!!

Prolonged scrolling on a phone can lead to neck pain and stiffness, often referred to as "text neck" or "tech neck." This condition arises from the repetitive stress of holding your head in a forward and downward position for extended periods, straining neck muscles and joints.

The weight of your head, which is roughly 5kg, is compounded by the angle of your neck. For every 15 degrees of tilt, the pressure on your neck doubles.

Muscle spasms
Limited range of motion in the neck
Fatigue

East Gosford Football Club InfoOne of the boys I coach in the 16A East Gosford Football Club Info has got a great opportunity to play overseas in the deaf olympics representing Australia.

Unfortunately, the event is non-sponsored so Joel has to fund his trip.
