Snoring all of sudden? 😴

It’s actually a really common concern women come to me with during perimenopause and menopause.

As oestrogen levels drop, hormonal changes can affect muscle tone (including the tissues in your throat), which may make snoring more noticeable.

You don’t have to just put up with it, there are ways to explore what’s contributing and find support that suits you 💛

SPF isn’t just for the beach, it’s for every day

Sun exposure adds up quietly over time and protecting your skin daily is one of the simplest ways to support long-term skin health.

Find a sunscreen you actually like wearing, make it part of your morning routine, and let it become a habit that takes care of your future self 🤍

2:18am nope! 3:18am wake up club 💤

Are you in the club? Give me a thumbs up if so.

Waking up at 2:18am… and then just lying there?

You’re not alone. I see this all the time in clinic.

Disrupted sleep during perimenopause is incredibly common, and it can impact everything, how you show up in the world, how you interact with others, and even how kindly you speak to yourself.

If this is something you’re experiencing, it’s worth having a conversation with your doctor. For some, discussing options like HRT may be part of a personalised approach to supporting sleep and wellbeing during this transition.

You don’t have to struggle through it 💛

The best SPF is the one you’ll actually wear every day.

Personally, I love a tinted, zinc-based sunscreen because it evens things out and feels easy to wear. Find the one that fits into your routine, and make it part of your morning non-negotiables 🤍

Perimenopause:
Hair where now? 🥲
Less on your head… more on your chin… itchy skin, ears ringing, and your patience doing its own thing.

You’re not imagining it — as oestrogen drops, your hair growth cycle, skin sensitivity, and even your inner ear can be affected.
You’re not alone, and no, you’re not losing it — your body’s just adjusting in its own creative way. 💛

Can’t remember the word for… what’s it called again? Yep, welcome to the club. 😉

It’s totally normal — hormonal changes during menopause can make word-finding a little harder sometimes.

You’re not alone in this one!
