𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼 🌿
It was an incredible privilege to spend the last week up in Burleigh on the Gold Coast with two amazing long-term peers and colleagues at the top of our industry, both highly respected Clinical Naturopaths and Nutritionists, and I’m lucky to also call them dear friends, Michelle and Shannon Brenton, founders of Cell Wellness Co.
If you have a greens powder sitting in your kitchen, chances are the highly intelligent wizard Shannon has formulated it. He’s behind a handful of well-known brands and has helped hundreds, if not thousands, of people across Australia. His work helps countless lives through the brands he supports, including his own.
Michelle is an absolute wealth of knowledge in women’s health. Her insights into hormones, fertility, and the feminine life cycles are extraordinary. She’s personally helped me over the years and is such a grounded, radiant presence to be around.
Our time together was deeply fulfilling. Our conversations on Ayurveda, biochemistry, women’s health, and life flowed into discussions on the highest conscious aspects of yoga and how these sciences truly support the way you live, love, and evolve. We also shared on strength training, nutrition, and herbalism, weaving ancient wisdom with modern science in the most natural way.
I highly recommend either of these two for consultations. They’re both available online, and their products Cell Charge and Restore U are simply unbelievable. After just a few days taking their new product, I could genuinely feel my energy and vitality lift alongside my Ayurvedic Rasāyana herbs.
After two years immersed in study with some of the top minds in Ayurveda, it felt like a universal calling to reconnect with these two beautiful humans and their wonderful children.
