Our avid bird watcher, Bruce Ward-Smith came across a very unusual bird for the Pine Needles gardens, that he saw the other day along Pine Tree Ave.

He says you would normally find these rails in the reed beds in a Wetland or along the banks of a large waterbody.

We love that Bruce shares his photos, he's a very good photographer 🦜
