I know they say the key to not being a victim of a ‘dipper’ when you travel - for those who don’t know a dipper is a person who puts their hand in your bag to pick pocket because you look like a tourist and you are looking at your phone and oblivious to the world around you - is to not look like a tourist! Well I must be doing a good job because I have been asked for directions at least four times today in London 🤷🏼‍♀️

I know it is midnight in Australia but it’s 3pm in London and I had to share something. I have just sat for a cup of tea half way but I am thoroughly enjoying a walk through Kensington Gardens in the rain. Without a doubt the best thing I have done all year! This guy is not so sure

Yes I am absolutely academically geeking out at present. After two days wandering around Oxford university I feel smarter just being there. Relaxation over for a few days at least. The next few days are about learning in the hallowed walls of the most beautifully architectured walls - a very busy few days ahead with a theme of finding healing and connection in a very fragmented post Covid world. I am excited at the prospect of learning new information around this topic from some of the pioneers of trauma in our present day!
