Are you looking for ways to facilitate proprioception and more supported movement for your hypermobile Pilates clients? I have used the Stretch-eze®️ for many years with all levels of Pilates clients, both my hypermobile clients as well as Connect tissue typicals 😊 I love the way the Stretch-Eze gives extra tactile and compressive feedback, increases body awareness, adds support and creates a bridge from closed to open chain movement.
Such an awesome tool!

Did you know that there is an association between hypermobility and neurodiversity? The EDS Connection Research was published by Dr. Jessica Eccles and colleagues at the Brighton and Sussex Medical School found that over 50% of individuals with ASD, ADHD, or Tourette syndrome exhibit significant joint hypermobility, compared to approximately 20% in the general population (Source).
I’m proud to be supporting Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2025! 🌟
Neurodiversity Celebration Week Is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences.

I highly recommend the process of putting together ConnectTherapy™️ case studies for this great initiative What a valuable process. I presented a ConnectTherapy treatment success story and a challenging case. It was fabulous to celebrate one of many treatment success stories with the ConnectTherapy community. Having .lindajoylee listen to and input her ideas for my “tricky” patient was gold. I’d love to hear if you found the inaugural ConnectTherapy Grand Rounds helpful too 🤓
